Pink the Rink: A Power Play for Lifesaving Treatment
High Point University Women’s Ice Hockey is trading purple for pink—and putting purpose behind every play!
On Saturday, October 24, at noon in Greensboro, the team will face West Chester University in a benefit game supporting Pretty In Pink Foundation. Wearing pink jerseys and pink socks, the players will take the ice to help uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients across North Carolina receive lifesaving treatment.
Pretty In Pink Foundation provides financial assistance for surgery, chemotherapy administration and radiation, paying medical providers directly to help ease the financial burden of a breast cancer diagnosis.
Whether you’re cheering from the stands or supporting from afar, you can be part of their impact. Make a donation through this campaign and help the team turn a love of hockey into hope for patients who need it.
Pink jerseys. Pink socks. Lifesaving impact.
