Running for Pretty In Pink Champions
The BAMRs are running the Tuna Run 200 to raise support for Pretty In Pink Foundation! With every step and every dollar donated we help a breast cancer patient! Our run is dedicated to Pretty In Pink's work to provide uninsured and under-insured breast cancer patients - our champions - in NC with financial assistance for quality, life-saving medical treatment.
What is the Tuna Run 200? It is a 200 mile running relay on October 25-26 from Raleigh to Atlantic Beach, NC over 24 hours! We'll be taking turns running all day and all night to cross the finish line!
Why are we running? The BAMRs are running to help breast cancer patients have resources & support to receive their treatment! As Duke, UNC and Wake Radiology doctors and researchers we are dedicated to caring for breast cancer patients, advancing treatment, and ensuring access to care!
